FD was instrumental in identifying connected loads served from a central energy plant (CEP) located at this facility. FD recommended sub-meters to itemize the different loads served by the CEP; and managed an infrastructure upgrade of existing chillers to higher efficiency machines to save $80,000 annually in electric costs.
