Soho House - Nashville, Tennessee

The owner renovated a historic manufacturing facility into a high end, stylish, boutique hotel located in Nashville.  This was a tricky project, and constructed during the covid lockdown, making it even more complicated.   MEP systems for hotel guest rooms, common areas, workout facility, kitchen, bars, and theater were commissioned.
